Here is the cancellation policy:
For public activities: you may cancel or reschedule up until 24 hours in advance. If it is less than 24 hours in advance, we will try to accommodate you. However we reserve the right to deny your request.
For private activities: you may cancel or reschedule up until 48 hours in advance. If it is less than 48 hours in advance, we will try to accommodate you. However we reserve the right to deny your request.
How to cancel or reschedule: please send a text message or WhatsApp to the owner Jeff at +1 347 410 4192.
Your cancellation is valid immediately when you contact us. You do not need to wait until you receive a reply. As soon as you send the message, it's valid. If you have contacted us with more than the allowed amount of time before your scheduled activity - you will NOT be charged.
For rescheduling - we will try to reply as soon as we can, in order to confirm your change.
